PUBLIC RMA PROCESS

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) allows public customers (non-contractors) to return defective products to DawnRay for a replacement. DawnRay offers many options that should satisfy the unfortunate

needs to replace your DawnRay product under warranty as effective and efficient as possible

DawnRay do not and will not provide any form of refund in terms of value of the goods. Only exchange.

DawnRay by Zotia International Trade reserves the rights for legal actions.

PUBLIC RMA Process and Options

1.Distribitor Replacement/ Return

Most of DawnRay’s distributors and dealers have their own in-store warranty for DawnRay’s products. (please check on DawnRay.ca “where to buy” to locate the nearest distributor)

Customer should always check the replacement and return policy of the direct point of purchase.

Reaching out DawnRay’s distributors and dealers for the replacement or the return options is always the fastest and most convenient way for RMA process.

2. Standard RMA

  • The Standard RMA requires that you are the original owner/buyer of the product and can provide proof of purchase in the form of an invoice or receipt.

Please note

I_f the customer can not provide the invoice or receipt, customer_ may provide a photo to show the manufacturing date_. If so,_

the warranty start date will be the manufacturing date instead of purchasing date.

  • After approval, you will be responsible for shipping or dropping the product to DawnRay at sender’s cost.

  • By shipping:

  • Upon receipt of your undamaged product, DawnRay will process and ship a replacement to you

within 1-3 business days (exclusive of time in transit).

  • Shipments from DawnRay to you will be made via ground shipping, although you may request

and pay for expedited shipping. DawnRay is not responsible for delays in delivery and does not guarantee any delivery dates.

  • By dropping:

  • Before coming to the office, customer must call the customer service in advance <1-905-669-1966> to book an appointment, or RMA will not be accepted

  • Upon receiving of your defective product, DawnRay will process and do a replacement away.
